Srinidhi Shetty
Srinidhi Ramesh Shetty is an Indian actress, model, and beauty pageant titleholder who works predominantly in Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil cinema. Born on October 21, 1992, in Mangalore, Karnataka, into a Tulu-speaking Bunt family to Ramesh Shetty and Kushala, she completed her schooling at Sri Narayana Guru English Medium School and pre-university education at St. Aloysius Pre-University College. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree with distinction from Jain University, Bengaluru, and worked as a software engineer at Accenture while pursuing modeling and pageantry. After placing as a finalist in several national pageants, she won the Miss Diva Supranational 2016 title and represented India internationally, being crowned Miss Supranational 2016 in Poland becoming only the second Indian woman to win the prestigious global crown. She made a historic feature film debut portraying Reena Desai opposite Yash in Prashanth Neel's period action blockbuster *K.G.F: Chapter 1* (2018), which emerged as an all-time record grosser in Kannada cinema and earned her nominations for the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut – South and the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut – Kannada. In 2022, she reprised her character in the global box-office phenomenon *K.G.F: Chapter 2*, winning the SIIMA Award for Best Actress – Kannada for her performance. The same year, Shetty made her Tamil cinema debut portraying criminology professor Bhavana Menon in R. Ajay Gnanamuthu's psychological action thriller *Cobra* (2022) opposite Vikram. Expanding her footprint into Telugu cinema, she starred as ASP Mrudula IPS in Sailesh Kolanu's blockbuster investigative action thriller *HIT: The Third Case* (2025) opposite Nani, drawing acclaim for her commanding screen presence. She followed this with Neeraja Kona's romantic drama *Telusu Kada* (2025) as Dr. Raaga Kumar alongside Siddhu Jonnalagadda. Her filmography extends to the Telugu family drama *Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47* (*AK47*, 2026).
