Siobhán O'Dowd Fitzpatrick is the younger and only sister of the iconic English singer-songwriter Boy George (born George Alan O'Dowd). Born into a large working-class Irish Catholic family, she is often described by her brother as his absolute "rock" and the family's "golden child".
