She is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada and holds degrees from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She is recognized for playing Karma Poole on the CityTV series Hudson & Rex, as well as starring in Hallmark's My Christmas Guide and Lifetime's A Chef's Deadly Revenge.
